Cast Metals Industrial Advisory Committee (CMIAC)

The Cast Metals Industrial Advisory Committee CMIAC) was established in 1972 and convenes on a biannual basis. The CMIAC supports the Penn State Metalcasting Program by its direct participation in campus metalcasting activities, student scholarships, and by providing summer internships, co-op experiences and full-time employment in the metal casting industry. In addition to the bi-annual meetings, the CMIAS also hosts an annual Metalcasting Job Fair for students.
