One of the strengths of the Industrial
and Manufacturing Engineering program at Penn State is our
unbeatable student laboratory facilities. In fact, Penn State's
IE department, located in Leonhard Building, has more laboratory
space dedicated to student instruction and research than any
other IE program in the U.S. Penn State IE student have hands-on
access to leading-edge equipment and software not available
in other programs.
IE is proud to offer the following eight instructional laboratories
for students to learn and apply cutting-edge engineering principles.
