Metrology Laboratory

The Metrology Laboratory provides support for undergraduate courses in statistics and production engineering. Training and additional background information is provided in this lab through large screen media: a Sharp video\computer projector and VCR is used to project PC sessions for all students in the lab to view while working on similar software on their own PC stations.

Roundness testing gauge located in a temperature controlled area
Laser interferometer located in a temperature controlled area
11 PC workstations installed in desk units that place the computer equipment in a recessed position
