Dr. Harmonosky teaches courses in Simulation of Manufacturing Systems, Scheduling, and Production Planning & Control. Her current and completed funded projects have been in the areas of scheduling/production control, real-time simulation applications and inventory systems in the health-care industry.

Studying the relationship between increased manufacturing system flexibility and the production controllability of the system, including development of controllability measures
Analyzing the materials management pipeline in the healthcare industry from manufacturer to distributor to hospital
