CSEE to present workshop on service enterprise engineering
The Penn State Center for Service Enterprise Engineering will host a workshop on April 23 from 10:00 am - 4:30 pm at The Penn Stater Conference Center in State College, PA.
This free workshop is designed to bring together academia and industry to identify the needs and interest of the service enterprise community. Topics will include revenue management, SMEs collaboration, increasing process efficiency, enterprise innovations modeling, user satisfaction modeling, modeling and sensing of service processes, transportation and logistics, and workforce planning. Presentations will be given by Penn State faculty from the industrial engineering, information science, and the agricultural economics departments.
