Industry Open House

Members of industry will have opportunities to learn about the many ways to engage with the department in a win-win partnership – touch points with our outstanding students (undergraduate, M.S., and PhD), as well as gain from working with professors who are leaders in the field, dedicated to impact and bridging research to practice.    

The agenda includes:

3:30-4:30 p.m. Poster Showcase in the lobby of Leonhard Building (a two-way exchange of ideas and expertise ... our work and your interests)

4:30-5:30 p.m. Welcoming remarks and overview of the opportunities for industry to connect/work with us including: research projects, guest lectures, projects for classes, receptions and meet/greet with our students and their clubs, training/workshops for your needs, capstone design projects, and more)

5:30-7:00 p.m. Reception (food) and Lab Tours (manufacturing, virtual/augmented reality, ergonomics, and more)
