PSIMES (pronounced "simes")
is the Penn State Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering
Society. On June 26, 1998, PSIMES was officially formed as
the Affiliate Program Group of the Penn State Engineering
Society.
Purpose
To stimulate the continued interest and professional development
of all graduates of the Industrial and Manufacturning Engineering
Department, to act as an informal advisory board to
the Head of the Department and to promote fellowship and communication
among the alumni, faculty and students of the Department in
order to actively work for the improvement of the Department
and the College.
