Minor requirements for students who started at Penn State in summer 2016 or later

In April 2016, Penn State approved a new policy (University Faculty Senate Policy 59-00) indicating that at least 6 credits of a minor must be unique from any other degree or minor earned by a student. This policy applies to students entering the University (not the IE major) summer 2016 or later. Therefore, IME students completing a minor will complete their degree program with at least 6 credits more than the required minimum (that is, 129 credits + 6 = 135 credits).
